Only major outages are listed here - such as those that can occur during storms and outages affecting large numbers of customers.
For information about other faults our Auckland, Manukau and Papakura customers should call 0508 VECTOR (0508 832 867). Customers on the North Shore, Waitakere and Rodney should call their electricity retailer.
People who have medical equipment that relies on electricity should ensure they are prepared for an outage. If there is an immediate health threat as a result of an outage please contact your health provider or call 111.
