Mānawatia a Matariki! Celebrate Matariki and the national holiday with Vector Lights on the iconic Auckland Harbour Bridge. Created by Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, the light and sound show runs every night between 19 – 28 June. The first show begins at 6pm and runs until midnight, playing every 15 minutes.

Vector Lights is celebrating our multicultural city, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, with the World of Cultures Festival! In recognition of Race Relations Day (21 March), watch the Auckland Harbour Bridge ignite with vibrant fabric patterns from different cultures. Did you know you can listen live to the accompanying soundtrack featuring Auckland musicians Geneva AM, Kieran Tahir, and Ch! Nonso on the Vector Lights website? This unique compilation was sourced and mixed by DJ Stinky Jim with a nod to Auckland's City of Music status.
Vector Lights shines red in support of Poppy Day, Auckland Returned Services Association’s annual fundraiser that aims to improve the health and wellbeing outcomes for Aotearoa New Zealand’s veterans of all ages. Celebrate the Year of the Horse with Vector Lights for BNZ Auckland Lantern Festival. Enjoy a spectacular light and sound show on the Auckland Harbour Bridge as we welcome in the Chinese New Year with the traditional colours and patterns of China. The Horse, a zodiac sign known for its powerful, spirited energy inspires this year’s show, and symbolises vitality, freedom and forward momentum for the year ahead. Xīn nián hǎo!
