Terms and Conditions for Vector's iPhone X Prize Draw

Every individual who enters their email address vector.co.nz/preferences before midnight 30 September 2018 will go in the draw to win an iPhone X, to be drawn Tuesday 4 October 2018 (the “Prize Draw”).  By entering their email address, the entrant is deemed to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions. Entry also confirms that the entrant has the necessary authority to enter the Prize Draw. 
 

1. To be eligible to win the Prize Draw, the entrant must be over 16 years of age and must enter their email address at vector.co.nz/preferences. 
2. Every individual who has entered their email address at vector.co.nz/preferences before midnight 30 September will automatically go into the Prize Draw.  No late entries will be accepted. 
3. Only one entry per email address is allowed, and only valid email addresses will be eligible to win.  
4. The prize is an iPhone X (the “Prize”). There is one Prize to be won as part of the Prize Draw. 
5. The winner of the Prize Draw will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries at 10am on the 4th of October 2018.  Vector Limited’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to it.  
6. The winner of the Prize Draw will be notified by 5pm on the 4th of October 2018 by way of email from representatives at Vector Limited. Once the winner confirms their postal address, the Prize will be sent to them within 10 days.
7. If a winner cannot be contacted for any reason, or does not accept the Prize (or is unwilling or unable to do so) by 5pm on the 25th October, a new winner will be drawn.  
8. Employees of Vector Limited and its related companies or members of the employee’s families (including siblings, spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension) are not eligible to win the Prize Draw. 
9. Neither Vector Limited nor any other person or party associated with the Prize shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize offered.
10. Vector Limited reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw at any time.
11. Vector Limited reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize where there is a breach of any of these terms and conditions or where Vector considers (in its sole discretion) that an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Prize Draw or won using fraudulent or dishonest means.
12. The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Vector Limited may substitute the Prize for another prize of like or equal value. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize for whatever reason.
13. All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date.  These will be held by Vector Limited and may be used for the purposes of the Prize Draw and for communicating with the entrant in relation to Vector Limited’s network in accordance with Vector Limited’s Privacy Policy (see www.vector.co.nz).
14. The promoter of the Prize Draw is Vector Limited, 101 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
15. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with or by Apple.
