Vector Lights on Auckland’s iconic Harbour Bridge is a vibrant light and sound show every Friday and Saturday night from sunset to midnight from various locations. These are regular shows of Celebrating Auckland, City of Colour and the WWF Whale Tales story of sustainability and marine conservation, as well as one-off special events. Vector Lights is going all colours of the rainbow for the world’s first Synthony Pride! For one night only at Spark Arena, it will be a spectacular celebration of pride anthems with the best synthony music.
Vector Lights is going blue for World Drowning Prevention Day, the World Health Organisation’s initiative to unite us all as we strive to make a difference to prevent drowning. Drowning Prevention Auckland’s mission is to reduce the number of drowning fatalities to zero through education, research, and advocacy.
World Choir Games is coming to Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland for the first time! The largest choral festival and competition on the globe is a celebration of creativity, diversity, and friendship, bringing together all nations and cultures together. Vector Lights will play a new dynamic show in the Games colours, accompanied by the official theme song ‘Te taukaea tangata – Breathing in, breathing out’ every 15 minutes, from 6pm until midnight.
