Internet banking

You can pay online on or before the due date. If you pay by internet banking on the day the payment is due, the payment will be treated as received on time. Please be aware that banks have different cut-off times to process transactions, so make sure your payment is processed before 5pm on the due date.

If paying an invoice:

Please select "Vector Limited" from the list of companies registered with your bank and enter the following details:

• Particulars: Please enter your customer number (found on your invoice)
• Code: Please enter your invoice number (found on your invoice)
• Reference: Please enter your name or company name.

 
If paying a quote:

Please select "Vector Ltd-Quotes" from the list of companies registered with your bank and enter the following details:

• Particulars: Please enter your surname
• Code: Please enter your phone number
• Reference: Please enter the Service Request number provided on the quote. (If it is too long for the space, remove the hyphen in the number e.g. 1-1382568780 becomes 11382568780) If you have a project number instead, please use this, e.g. EC-A1-15-999.

Pay online

You can make payments to Vector using your credit card or debit card. Vector accepts Mastercard and Visa.

A convenience fee will be added. A service fee of 1.15% per transaction is applied by our service provider to offer online payments through this site. Vector does not receive any part of this fee. This fee will appear as a separate transaction on your credit card or debit card statement and is referred to as a "Convenience Fee".
