We are regulated to ensure our prices and the quality of our service are comparable with what consumers would expect to receive in a competitive market.

We participate in the wider electricity and gas supply chain, so we follow electricity and gas industry rules and regulations to help ensure security and reliability across both the electricity grid and gas pipeline system and that consumers have a safe and efficient energy supply. When regulators propose changes to these rules, we provide input in the form of submissions.
