Livening the connection

Before you can liven a connection, you need to organise the installation of your service line with your electrician. Please note that the service line within the private property is owned by the property owner.

When your connection is ready, please let us know that it is ready to be livened – regardless of whether it is a permanent or temporary supply.

Temporary power supply: Temporary power supply (known as Builders Temporary Supply or BTS) may be required at a work site.  When you request an ICP (installation control point) from us you need to let us know that this supply is temporary.

Livening the connection

Once you've organised the installation of your service line with your electrician, fill in the below application.
