Smart energy use

If you use less than 8,000 kWh a year, you may qualify for a low fixed charge plan, which could save you money. These plans have lower daily charges and higher usage charges than standard plans which are ideal for low-use households.

Check you're on the right electricity price plan

To see if you’re eligible, visit your electricity retailer’s website. Remember that retailers must tell you at least once a year how much energy you use and whether switching plans would benefit you.

Need details on your current plan or usage? Contact your electricity retailer.
