Terms and Conditions for Ira Dot Campaign Prize Draw
Every individual who provides the correct answer to the Facebook post will go into the prize draw. The prize draw is to win one of 20 Ira Dot campaign t-shirt and mask packages. The names of the 20 winners will be drawn on Monday 8 November at 9am (the
Prize Draw).
By commenting on the Facebook post in the comments section, the entrant is deemed to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions. Entry also confirms that the entrant has the necessary authority to enter the Prize Draw.
- The promoter of the Prize Draw is Vector Limited (Promotor).
- Every individual who provides the correct answer to the question in the Promotor’s Facebook post within the comments section of the Promotor’s Facebook post will be entered into the Prize Draw to win an Ira Dot t-shirt and mask package, to be chosen on Monday 8 November (the Prize Draw).
- To be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw, the entrant must be over 12 years of age and must provide the correct answer in the comments section of the Promotor’s Facebook post.
- Every qualifying individual who has provided the correct answer to the Promotor’s Facebook post in the comments section of that post by 8pm on Sunday 7 November 2021 will go into the Prize Draw. No late entries will be accepted.
- Only one entry is allowed per Facebook account and entrant.
- The prize is for one t-shirt and one mask package (the Prize). There are 20 Prizes available to be won.
- The winners of the Prize Draw will be drawn from all eligible entries at 9am on Monday 8 November 2021. The Promotor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to it.
- The winners of the Prize Draw will be notified by 2pm on Monday 8 November 2021 by private Facebook message from the Promotor and the winners will be asked to confirm their postal address and full name. The Promotor will send the t-shirt and mask package to the winners via signed courier to the postal address provided. If a winner does not respond to the Promotor’s Facebook message by 6pm on Tuesday 9 November 2021, or does not accept the Prize (or is unwilling or unable to do so), the Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
- Employees of the Promotor and its related companies, and members of such employees’ families (including siblings, spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension) are not eligible to participate in or win the Prize Draw.
- Neither the Promotor nor any other person or party associated with the Prize shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize offered.
- The Promotor reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw at any time.
- The Promotor reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize where there is a breach of any of these terms and conditions or where the Promotor considers (in its sole discretion) that an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Prize Draw or won using fraudulent or dishonest means.
- The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promotor may substitute the Prize for another prize of like or equal value. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize or the substitute Prize for whatever reason.
- All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date. These will be held by the Promotor and may be used for the purposes of the Prize Draw and for future promotion and marketing purposes in accordance with the Promotor’s Privacy Policy (https://www.vector.co.nz/privacy-policy).
- The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with or by Facebook.
