Every individual who comments on the Facebook post will go into a prize draw to win one of two Gasmate BBQs. This will be drawn on Monday 19th December 2022 at 9am (the Prize Draw). By commenting on the Facebook post, the entrant is deemed to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions. Entry also confirms that the entrant has the necessary authority to enter the Prize Draw.

1. The promoter of the Prize Draw is Vector Limited (Promoter).

2. Every individual who comments in the comment section of the Promoter’s Facebook post with their favourite BBQing memory will be entered into the Prize Draw to win one of two BBQs.

3. To be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw, the entrant must be over 18 years of age and must comment in the comments section of the Promoter’s Facebook post.

4. Every qualifying individual who has commented on the Promoter’s Facebook post by 9am on Thursday 15th December 2022 will go into the Prize Draw. No late entries will be accepted.

5. Only one entry is allowed per Facebook account.

6. The prize is a BBQ valued at $799 RRP (a Prize). There are two Prizes.

7. Each entry is only eligible to win one of the Prizes.

8. The winners of the Prize Draw will be drawn by the Promoter from all eligible entries at 9am on Monday 19th December 2022 . The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to it.

9. The winners of the Prize Draw will be announced by 2pm on Monday 19th December 2022 by way of a Facebook post on the Promoter’s Facebook page. The winners will also be notified by private Facebook message from the Promoter and will be asked to confirm their postal address and full name. The Promoter will send the BBQ via courier to a confirmed address. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter’s Facebook message within 3 working days of the Prize winners being determined, or does not accept the Prize within 3 working days of the Prize winners being determined (or is unwilling or unable to do so), the Prize may be forfeited and another winner will be determined, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

10. The winners will provide the Promoter with a photo or video of them using or unpacking the BBQ. The Promoter may use this photo or video on its Facebook page in connection with the Prize Draw.

11. Employees of the Promoter and its related companies, and members of such employees’ families (including siblings, spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension) are not eligible to participate in or win the Prize Draw.

12. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Prizes shall be liable for (i) any delay in shipping or delivery of the Prizes to a winner; or (ii) any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prizes offered.

13. The winners are responsible for all other expenses associated with the Prizes including, but not limited to, gas bottles, spending money, meals, drinks and incidentals associated with the Prizes.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw at any time.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize where there is a breach of any of these terms and conditions or where the Promoter considers (in its sole discretion) that an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Prize Draw or won using fraudulent or dishonest means.

16. The Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. In the event that the Prizes become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the Prizes for another prize of like or equal value. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize for whatever reason.

17. All entrants’ personal details provided must be valid and up to date. These will be held by the Promoter and may be used for the purposes of the Prize Draw and for future promotion and marketing purposes in accordance with Vector’s Privacy Policy (see https://www.vector.co.nz/privacy-policy), unless otherwise directed by entrants at the time of entry.
