We are pleased to let you know that a new and improved Vector Outage App has been launched today. The updated App has improved functionality to keep you as informed and up to date as possible with information about power outages. It has been designed with the help of feedback from users and usability testing. Make sure you download the new app by visiting the app store for the update.
 

New features: 

• Report an outage on the app without having to phone the call centre. You will receive automatic updates about progress toward restoration. 

• Search your location address to find out about an outage and check if it’s already been reported

• Save your address to be notified about planned outages affecting the area on the day 

• Improved display accuracy of areas affected

• You can see planned outages for the day
   

Keep an eye out for further improvements over the next couple of months.
